I wouldn't live here again if I were paid. It wasn't bad the first couple of years, but the last year it was aweful. I was continually fighting them for bogus late fees, when they cashed the checks but didn't record it. Every time I went in to talk to anyone, even to pick up my mail, they were incredibly rude, like I was inconveniencing them. When I moved in, there were numerous things that had to be fixed like the closet door not shutting, and the bathtub faucet being detached from the wall of the shower along with the sealant being shot, along with the cracks in the walls and cieling. None of this was fixed by them, as they promised, I had to fix them myself. Then when I moved out they tried to nail me with damage fees that were marked down on the original inspection paper prior to me moving in. Thank god I kept this! They still made me pay for carpet cleaning, when I'd originally been told that if I cleaned it myself, it wouldn't be charged. Then there is the tenants. If you don't mind having to repremand other people's kids to get out from the roadway, so you can get out of your parking spot, then it might not be so bad. But half the time they look at you like you're crazy, and continue playing behind your car until you just start to back up, and then they move, but there are never any parents watching them. There's also the parking problem. If you get home after 5pm, you're walking a ways. Even if you pay the price for a covered parking spot, you have a high chance of someone parking in it. The garbage situation was aweful! You pay them that much for garbage, and then they don't have enough dumpsters for the amount of people living there, and they don't increase when they have pick-up, so you end up literally with garbage piled all around the dumpster to the point you can't even get into the area and have to throw it over the wall onto the top. By the time I left, the place wasn't worth the rent, which they had just dropped significantly. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
