Cost me $800 just to move OUT

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I spent 2 days cleaning my apt in order to get back my security deposit. I asked for a walk through, never got one and a month later received a bill in the mail for over $800. One thing that were trying to charge me for was the bleach smell. Of course it smells like bleach!! I just cleaned it!!

Beware of those fees just for moving out. Make sure you do a walk through with staff, then save ALL paperwork. Also, get a walk through when you move out! I should have refused to give them my key until I got my walk through.

Thank goodness they were in the middle of changing from Archstone to just Stonemeadow. Those idiots completely forgot about me and my $800.
