Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I used to live here. I cleaned the apartment BETTER than it was when I moved in. They tried to rip me off by taking ALL my security deposit by claiming they found DAMAGE AFTER I turned in my keys; 5 days later to be exact they found 'miscellaneous damages'. Not until I threatened to call an attorney, write Olympia and call KomoTV 4 News did they give me back all my sec. deposit. They are a bunch of crooks renting overpriced little boxes.

PS. Don't believe these glowing reviews of Stone Meadow Farms that come from "anonymous " users. Clearly these reviews are management in a desparate attempt to pad their numbers.
