I have lived here for a little over a year now, and I just renewed my lease. I plan on staying here until I buy my own home. I never hear my neighbors other than the occaisinal laundry, etc but it is not anything to complain about. I have a covered parking space by my apartment, and trust me, that is important. I've had to walk what seemed like miles in other places to just get in my house that is if I could find parking at all. Maintnenace is great, but I really haven't had a need to call them at all except for a new screen when my broke during the window cleanings.
My rent is more than fair in the area, and it covers everything - except electric and phone/cable. My one bedroom is huge, and I have a huge walkin closet that almost doubles as a second bedroom. I have my own washer/dryer and I don't have to spend quaters or go anywhere to do it. Management is friendly and genunely nice. He isn't here full time, but I've always been able to reach him on the phone when I needed to, and he even calls back.
I've lived in alot of apartments, but this is by far one of the best I've been in. The people who live here don't seem shady, and are for the most part quiet in my experience. All in all, I'm a pretty satisfied renter here.
