I've lived here for a few years and am not moving! Rent is decent, the place is so laidback I feel like I could keep all my doors unlocked and nothing would happen. You can walk to places or hop in the car and be downtown in five minutes. The cost of living in Ann Arbor is so expensive, this place is truly a steal. Yeah, they don't have a huge clubhouse with all the bells and whistles but the apartments themselves are nice with in-unit laundry, the grounds are kept up and the staff is helpful.
I've never experienced another apartment complex that lets you have your own garden, your own attic storage and no neighbors above or below you (they are all single story).
DEFINITELY the best place to live in Ann Arbor in the price range I was looking for (under $700 for a one bedroom). aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
