I'm sorry to read the other commemts here. We have lived here 1 year in one of the town houses and have bneem very comfortanle. The site is gorgeous amd the grounds well-kept. The manager is very cheery and friendly. The maintenance fellow has always beem prompt with repairs. They did a great job with remodeling before we moved in. No place is perfect. We will be happy to stay here for a few years until we buy a house. Bothell is WONDERFUL.
