Great locatiion, terrible management.

1) Parking has never been an issue, all units get a covered parking space, and all town homes have parking in front. Because the community is so small you never have to walk very far to your home.

2) It often has been noisy, and unfortunately dog barking is unavoidable. Across the street is a dog kennel. Walls seem very thin and neighbors can be herd what sounds like stomping up and down the stairs. the town homes stairwell walls are shared.

3)The grounds are nothing special, there is a big grassy area behind the office that nobody takes advantage of. However the lawns are always mowed and all leaves and debris are always picked up. My only complaint is that couches and other furniture are often found in and around the dumpster and not picked up for several weeks. Its not the responsibility of the garbage worker to take such item but the residents to take them to a dump.

4) A lack of lighting does make the walk from the apartment to your home sometimes sketch. Also many cars have been broken into because the community is in a circle by itself, there is no outlet. Often the pool has been closed and within the past two months the pool area has been vandalized so it is closed to the rest of us.

5) the units seems to be put together well, and a kitchen pantry is nice. Noise is a problem with the kennel across the street and noisy neighbors. Often you can hear the TV through the walls

6) We called the maintenance guy only once and he arrived the next day, no complaints

7)The office staff are rarely available, and fail to address any issues you may have with the apartment, or neighbors. While the hours are posted outside on a wood sign, all too often you will find a printed piece of paper stating the will not be available for the weekend, and their hours are very limited without warning. The management were very welcoming when first moving in, however the management alone are the reason I do not recommend this place. Our lease is up and we have found a similar floor plan that is a bit more in price but has many recommendations.

8) compared to other apartments you cant beat the price in the area. However with the management so bad, the noise from the kennel and the extra amenities often being closed you get what you pay for.
