Without any official word to residents about a condo conversion, a large sign was posted at the entrance of the complex a couple of days ago - announcing condominium presales. Adding insult to injury, it blocks the view when pulling out onto Bothell-Everett Hiway! I don't know if they're still trying to rent out units, but beware!

The owner must notify all tennants of its intent to convert and give tennants the first option to purchase. Tennants not in a lease will also be given 90 days notice to move out when they are ready for your home.
