We have been living in the apartment for over two years. As you can see they are in the process of converting to condos. My issue is the fact that our utilites have been shut off from time to time. Granted not for very long, however, we are not getting notified as to when the water is going to be shut off, I was in the middle of a shower when the water was turned off. I called the apartment manager to see when the water would be turned back on, and no answer. She is barely ever there!
The thin walls in this apartment make it very noisy. I have great neighbors thankfully, but they have young kids that play loudly at times, I can hear them playing and when they are having a bad day, I hear them crying. Kids will be kids!
