i just recently moved out of willina ranch. i wish i didn't have to leave but i couldn't pass up the opportunity when i heard about there new house buying program. i got a $1000 off my closing plus a bunch of other discounts. i was let out of my lease without a penalty fee as well. it was a fantastic place to live. i had great neighbors who were quiet and respectful and i never had a problem with the parking. of course i was in a great location where i didn't have to worry about it. i received almost all of my deposit back minus a few cleaning charges. if you clean your apartment you get money back!! the management was awesome. there was never a reason to call them twice about anything. they were always so helpful. i would recommend willina ranch to all of my friends.
