Some people shouldn?t live in apartments. I live in Willina Ranch and agree that the building is not sound proof at all, in fact, we can hear our next door neighbor snooring at night. I can also hear the dogs of the people who live below me barking. However, that is to be expected when you live in an apartment.
The management at Willina Ranch is excellent. They are fair when talking to you about complaints. The apartment is beautiful. It is well maintained and has a great layout.
I think if they?re going to screen people before they let them live there,as someone suggested below, they ought to tell the old folks who want to move in that they are going to hear their neighbors walking around and opening and closing doors, because that?s what happens when you live in an APARTMENT. If they can't understand that, they should do one of two things. Either not live in an apartment, or pay the money for the top floor!

from what you have said I believe you would hear the niose below in a top floor apt also,carriage houses on apt property is better in many ways,I love that I don't hear a toilet flush and can use appliancesat all hours.many apt properties in Bothell have these,and after reading these reviews I fill better about my situation.
