We lived in a 2bd/2bth unit over a garage. We never heard our neighbors next to us and since the other tenants were courteous, the garage noise was minimal. We really enjoyed the higher ceilings, open floorplan and gas fireplace. The complex is located next to a wetland area which creates a serene and inviting environment. The grounds are well maintained and it is very dog friendly. The managers are always friendly and happy to help. We would definitely recommend Willina Ranch as your new home.
