I do not recommend living here.

The prices are sky high for a peice of crap.

The apartments look nice but things inside break constantly, and when they do nobody comes to fix it, no matter how much you complain.

Once I had a broken toilet and couldn't use it for almost a month.

The garbage disposal still doesn't work and never did.

Lots of the electrical outlets and phone jacks also do not work.
The managers act nice but in reality they are not.

If I leave trash outside for 1 hour I get a comply or vacate letter, and feel they are always picking on me, and I am not a bad tennant.

I pay my rent on time, I am quiet, mostly very clean.
People always let their dogs poop right by my door and don't clean it up, and people walk on and hang out on my patio as if it were public property.

And if you complain about this you won't get any action.
Another BIG complaint I have is lack of parking.

To get a "parking space" you have to pay 30 dollars per month extra, and theres never even one available to purchase.

If you come home past 8 or 9 at night you have to park all the way out on the street which is pretty far from my building.
Theres also nowhere for children to play, its a huge property and they could have at least built in a little playground.

The children have to play out on the street and parking lots which is really dangerous, either that or they play on people's patios and get into their stuff.
Good things are..apartments have nice layout, lots of space, good location, big patios.

I have had numerous problems with Willina Ranch and do not recommend you moving here.
