Willina Ranch

 

After living here for over a year I have found the only problems being the neighbors.

There is a problem with the complex next door, which is being resolved; otherwise the normal noise level of children after school and weekends should be expected.

The wooded setting is lovely, especially since it is located right next to the 405 Freeway.

Bus Park & Ride is directly across the street, which is convenient.

The units are beautiful, with fireplaces, large windows and nice finishes, like molding and fixtures.

Great large decks for plants for the summer and neutral colors are easy to decorate around.

Top end units are prized.

Parking is a nightmare for those who visit.

Pool is usually busy during the summer with children.

Gym is nice and machines are always available in the evenings.

Staff is interested in the property and tenants.

They are making constant improvements to buildings and the area based on suggestions of tenants.

Overall, it is a lovely place to live outside of the cities.
