As a former tenet, I found the apartments very nice, although very overpriced.

Recently there has been an ownership and management change which has erased all the superlatives about the apartments.....watch out.

Additionally, the on-going construction and the automatic vent fans in the apartments makes for a constant battle with dust and dirt.
