My wife and I moved our family home to WA from CA under rather difficult circumstances last fall. We needed a place to land, and found Willina Ranch. Denise, the manager, could not have been more helpful, thorough, and professional. From our move in day (the next day!) to our departure in July, we have had an outstanding living experience here. The apartment itself is wonderful, the maintenance staff is professional and very capable, and the management has always been friendly, helpful, and just the best. Between my wife and I, we have had over 8 years experience in the property management industry, doing everything from leasing to management to training. We can honestly say, we have never been around a better team and lived in a nicer, cleaner, well-cared for apartment or apt. community. The setting here is beautiful, and I would, and will, recommend this community without hesitation to anyone I meet looking for an apartment.

P.S. I would take the overly negative reviews at this site of W. Ranch with a grain of salt. In my experience with negative apartment residents, their harsh words and feelings almost always stem from their own unhappiness; possibly with their own problems in life, or they can't pay rent, etc. These are usually transferred over to, and taken out on, the unsuspecting management team. Believe us, Willina Ranch is first rate.
