Have been extremely happy in this apartment complex and will be sorry to leave due to work transfer. We live in the smaller part of the complex close to the office and main entrance. This area is very, very quiet and being so close to the forest makes it feel secluded. Buildings both inside and out are well maintained and very attractive. Apartments are open and airy with new appliances. Gas fireplace heats most of the apartment meaning winter bills are very reasonable. Apartments are well soundproofed, we are right on I405 and unless you open a window, traffic can?t be heard. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and organized; customer service is obviously a huge priority for them. Pool is very well maintained and evenings after 8:00 are adult only which is very appreciated.

There are only three minor detractors to the complex: Parking can be a pain, lots of handicap parking, but that leaves little parking for a second car and/or guests after 5:00, plan on paying for covered parking if you have a second vehicle. Some problems with dog owners not cleaning up after their animals, but that is being addressed. Only one trash facility for the complex and it?s a bit of a walk, not very convenient, but an excellent recycling area is provided which is a huge plus.

All and all, my husband and I highly recommend this complex, the problems are extremely minor and if it weren?t for the work transfer, we would not even consider moving.
