I do not understand any negative comments about this complex,except parking.The staff is caring and responsive,the apartments are beautiful.I see in these reviews people not being honest for whatever reason,the appliances are brand new and obviously not normal apartment grade bottom of the line appliances,the apartments are very roomy and well planned.The thing that really amazes me is that I moved in over three months ago and have had no reason to communicate with the staff here,but when I went on vacation last month I asked for the staff to feed water and walk my dog,which,by the way is a free service at Willina Ranch,but what amazed me is not only did the maintenance guy remember my name,he remembered my dogs name also,and when I returned from vacation my pet had a new best friend and Dog's don't lie.
