These apartments seem really nice, and the insides seem so at first glance compared to some other older places, but the noise is horrible, there are car-break-ins ALL the time, no one picks up after their dogs, the lanscaping is ugly, there's no play equipment outdoors, the gym equipment is crappy, some of the managers are not friendly, and the parking is dreadfully awful, unless you'd like to pay for your spot, and even with one- it's impossible to find parking for the other car! Oh, and garages will run you the price of an arm and a leg. We have had problem after problem with appliances, and you'll never fail to hear teenagers or neighbors yelling late at night. Overall, this place is WAY too expensive for what you get, and your rent rates to renew are ridiculous. The only nice thing is the location right next to the freeway.
