I have lived here for 3 years and am so over living here. They rip you off with rental fees. $995 for a 1 bedroom GET REAL!!! I am ending my lease and they gave me a rental increase of $90 FOR WHAT!! I moved from one unit into another and had nothing but problems with the new mgmnt and crazy charges for dumb stuff. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a spot (another $35) car prowl is an issue as well. Overall save your money and go somewhere else.
