We lived at Willina Ranch for 2 1/2 years. Aside from the ridiculous rent increases every time a lease renewal came around, the parking (none!), and the unreliable and dishonest management staff, the apartment was ok. We recently moved out and received a massive bill for unnecessary and unexplainable repairs. Before moving out, Willina Ranch requested to do a pre-move out inspection and refused to accommodate our request of being present during the inspection. Inspection came back as only needing paint. Upon move-out we received a bill of ridiculous repairs and they also charged us for a full month of Minol (Water, sewer, garbage) when we moved out the first week of the month (by the way, our bill was $90 more than normal and we had only lived there for a week that billing period!) Not to mention that they would not prorate or work with us at all on our last month, we had to do one month on the "month to month" which is an extra $200 on top of your regular rent and we only lived there until the 10th but were still charged a full month plus the fee. So they basically got to do all the repairs on our dime but still charged us for more and now have it ready for someone else come the new month because they already got their payment. They lead us to believe that they could get it rented out and made us think we could get some money back if they found someone to occupy it but made no effort to rent it out as it took them 20 days to make it move in ready. To sum it up, they will take advantage of every aspect possible to get more money out of you. If you value your hard-earned money, do not move here!!!

That is just so untrue!!! Rents are going up everywhere so we're going to blame the staff when they are always there to negotiate with their residents! Sue
