While Willina Ranch has many wonderful things about it, safety is not one of them. Cars / trucks are broken into on a very regular basis, the mailboxes have been broken into several times ... they did make a token effort to secure the mail area by a key entrance but that was broken into as well.

The location is right off a freeway exit ramp and is targeted frequently, there isn't a security patrol of any type to act as a deterrent

hey, don't be too hard on the Ranch! the whole area and different communities in the area have gotten hit lately! down the street by the safeway, saomeone got thier apartment broken into (it was online, which has not ever happened to Willina according to King Cuunty police and the management staff. Willina Ranch even just hired security this last week BECAUSE THEY DO CARE. thank you for making an effort Willina!

HEY! There IS a security car that patrols every evening and night! Plus...cars are broken into everywhere! I've witnessed that the State Troopers arrive within minutes!! Sue
