The apartments are over-priced. They will raise your rent at every lease renewal. I lived there for seven years and they never passed up an opportunity to get more. The parking is $40 a month---which is a surcharge. There isn't any parking and you must kick in to get a place to park. I guess the tin covering over the space is "worth it'" They gouge you at every turn and aren't friendly about it. When you move out you're done----they will pile charges on you so that you feel like you're paying the European war debt. The security is none existent. Just a couple of signs that say there's security. Cars are broken into, mailboxes are looted, stuff is taken off your balcony, etc.
I must laugh at the positive reports and those who claim that the negative comments are false. That's a joke. It must be relatives...

if you have lived here for 7 years, you must be that grumpy man that leaves his deck full of junk and makes our apartments look ghetto! Just move already and leave us to our happy home. also, the security is wonderful and there have not been any incidents since willina ranch hired them 8 months ago. the office people are also wonderful and so much better that 2 years ago when we had that crazy lady with the attitude problem. i have lived here for a long time and i know that i will renew this august. as for rent increases, all apartments raise rent, at least Willina is reasonable...afterall this is not renton. maybe you should move to renton? faithful willina ranch resident

Wow - you've got your rose-colored glasses on. We have lived here for two years - and yes, the mailboxes have been broken into twice that I'm aware of. Cars have been stolen & broken into as well. Rent does always gets increased at every renewal - and the office manager is a flat-out liar. She will say whatever she needs to say to keep her butt covered. And what's the deal with all the morons who think they need to go 35mph in a parking lot? You seriously have to be on your guard when driving through this place!! Glad you like the place neighbor - you can have it - we're out!
