All of the good reviews on here are written by the employees. There is absolutely no way that anyone of sound mind would call their move-out practices and cleaning charges fair. It doesn't matter how good of a job you do cleaning your apartment, they will charge you anyway. If you try to dispute it, you get sent to the most condescending rude person in the entire world who will laugh at you and threaten to send you to collections. The office staff is sweet and nice until you move out, then they don't care about anything except for stealing your deposit. The walls are paper thin, there is absolutely no parking, and your mail gets stolen on a regular basis. People get their cars broken into. You have to haul your garbage down by the office because they only have one dumpster. I could go on for days, but you get the idea. Don't live here unless you like to be inconvenienced on a regular basis, like having your things stolen, and wish to throw away your entire security deposit.

you are probably that old crap that needs some sweet lovin! get over it, you probably left your apartment like a snake pit, i am so glad you are no longer my neighbor!!! good riddance!!!!

I agree with the comments made in the original post. Don't expect to get your deposit back. They are after your deposit regardless of how clean you keep it. They increase your rent outrageously as soon as your lease expires since they know how difficult it is to move out. STAY AWAY if you respect your money.
