This was without a doubt the worst managed place I ever lived. The management team -- Dominique especially -- was horrible. My first red flag should have been when they enticed me there with an e-mail with a rent price for a certain unit. When I got there they said that unit would never be that much and must have doctored the e-mail. They promised some upgrades on move-in, but never delivered. They found a way to get a huge "refundable" deposit out of me and more impressively found a way to keep it all. They charged on move out for everything (no matter the condition you left it in), cleaning, painting, caulking - and get this, they charged $300 to repair broken tile that was marked as broken on the move in condition form! That's just the move in and move out -- here are other fun facts:
only one place to get mail for the entire unit, same place to throw away garbage for the entire unit. Easy to get into, but you have to go around the block to get out heading west on Juanita-Woodinville Way, our "new" refrigerator and Washer kept breaking down... so many issues I couldn't stand it... PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE, YOU WILL HATE IT!!!!!

I certainly feel your pain. I went through it myself first hand. This place is crap. I feel sorry for the people who get into it without knowing it.

She wasn't quite as helpful... be careful with your deposit this time around. Maybe it's the new management company, but they took us to the cleaners... literally to the tune of $600 for cleaning a very clean apartment...

i just moved in again and i have to say Dominique is wonderful, she even put in new vinyl for us! thank you Willina, we look forward to the next 6 months.
