Stay far away from this complex! There is no parking unless you are willing to pay an extra $100 or so a month for a "carport" (covered space). Maintenance takes forever, and you will have to have even simple jobs redone again and again. There is no security, even though there are signs claiming the complex is patrolled. Vehicles are broken into and stolen on a regular basis. Mailboxes are located away from any of the buildings, and are broken into regularly - management responded by putting up a "security" sign that just makes it harder to see into the mailbox area and thus easier to break into. Management makes many promises and breaks all of them. Wish we'd never moved in here, and can't wait until our lease is up to move out.

That is just so untrue! I've lived in Willina Ranch for 4 years!Whoever wrote this is nothing but a big exaggerator!! The carports vary from $20 to $30 per month depending on the location! The maintnance guys are awesome and the mailboxes have had an iron gateway into them, with no break-ins forever! You must be one of those types of unhappy people that want to make others unhappy by all of your complaining for nothing! Hurry up and move out!

Untrue? Exaggerator? I lived at Willina Ranch for 6 years. During that time I became good friends with some of the maintenance guys who are real people---not like the management staff. We used to sit and laugh about the staff members and their friends who would watch the internet for negative comments concerning their "rip-off" apartments. These "toadies" would then post their "positive" comments to offset the true comments. It was a real hoot and it went on for years. You can tell that it's a staff member because they all say the same things and their response is so swift after the negative posting.

We've been living at Willina Ranch for almost 2.5 years :-) It is a great place to live. "Anonymous" you are not just an exaggerator, you are lying!! the car ports are not 100/month, the maintenance staff has been fantastic, quick to respond, thorough and professional. The management has been wonderful, helpful, professional and available. Your letter is FULL of misinformation and lies!!!! The mailboxes were broken into ONCE, the security is present all the time and we have NEVER had problem with theft or vandalism. I checked the crime reports in the local paper for over a year before we moved to the area, there had never been any report of theft on the complex. Get your facts straight man!! the management may not be perfect but they have NEVER made us or any of our neighbours any promises they couldn't keep--we know over a dozen neighbours in our community. So sad that you are such a unhappy person. I'm sure you will find something else to wine about soon.. good luck.
