The apartments are open, clean, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and will remember your name and your pet's name as well. They take great care of our cats and plants when we leave, pick up mail, etc for free. We have had very prompt response to the very few maintanance needs which have occurred (a small leak in the garbage disposal and a minor repair to the outside siding). Quick access to 405 is nice, but our unit is a bit noisy at night when the windows are open...but we are also one of the units right by the highway. Parking can be a problem for some units as well. We plan to stay here until such time as we buy a house, and are really in no hurry to go anywhere.
