Four-year-resident in a studio apartment. The studio itself is a surprisingly roomy 600 sq. ft. with an oversized bathroom and balcony. The layout is unique -- it's not just a box. Older buildings (three of them, forming a horseshoe around a grassy courtyard) with some character. Quiet (except on Friday nights the VFW hall across the street plays some kind of Mexican disco or something until after midnight, but the apartments are nearly soundproof). Well managed, adequate parking, and definitely a good location. Four years is a long time for me to live anywhere, but I've been very satisfied with the place. It's a good buy for the price, although I must say that the rent's gone up about 4 times since I've been there.
