I used to be a tenant. I think the worst thing about this place is the parking and parties. The landlord has many parties with drinking and loudness. A year or so ago, I had to call the police on the landlady because of her loud drinking parties.

for the most part, she is ok but she is very moody and sometimes won't even respond to you if she isn't in the mood. I have even seen her arguing and fighting with some of the tenants. She rarely answers her phone so if you have a need or a complaint, you have to leave a message.

The buildings are fairly old and have leaking water issues and mold issues. There are many places I've looked at that are far worse but this place is a level or two above ghetto. Laundry is a farce. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers and you can rarely get in to wash one load. There are several families that use all of the washers when they do laundry.

The rent is raised often then they recently raised the rent and called it paying for the utilities. That is a joke too. The landlady is constantly watering, the outside lights burn 24/7 and that is the maintenance problem but we have to pay for burning lights, and running water. BUT, we are NOT ALLOWED to wash our cars there. Only the landlady and her relatives can wash their cars.

Even though it is on a very busy highway and your pet will be killed if you let it outside, it's not a bad place but you can do much better elsewhere.
