Nice place, but get an upstairs unit only Madison park was a great place when I moved in 2007, since then the quality of renters has become a little sketchy and they are always sending out crime alert notices. Also, do not rent a lower level apartment, the floors/ceilings are paper

Not a safe place for your children! I had people looking in my windows when I wasnt home and a level 3 sex offender hanging outside my door. When I went to the office they told me there was nothing they could do about it and to pretty much keep my mouth shut to the neighbors. nice....

I moved from a small, quiet town in Alaska to Ivorywood and LOVED every minute of it, the apartments were spaciouse, clean, well kept. If there was a problem they were there within the hour to resolve it.
Parking is basically for one vehicle so that was the only downfall to living
