Let's see...where to start' Well the apartments are now called Admiral Manor, and I don't know if there has been a change in management or not but I love the landlord. She is awesome! When I was applying to live here, my credit check came back "need co-signer", but she decided to let me rent without one! When I've had out of town guests stay with me, she's issued them temporary passes so they wouldn't be towed. This is my first apartment, and I totally disagree that they take advantage of younger tenants here! The maintanence crew is very prompt with same day service.

My only complaints are the amount of parking spaces is limited. Occasionally I have to park accross the street where it is a 2 hour parking limit 24hours a day (although they've never towed me!), and no dishwashers!

They did change their management staff. The property manager thats currently there is very nice and professional. Considering apartments in the area this one really isnt bad at all but then again it isnt luxury either.
