Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I lived here before it was Admiral Manor. When the name was changed and they got rid of the old manager that had been there forever, things really improved. The new managers made several changes and maintenance issues were quickly adressed and fixed. My only complaint is they installed water meters and started making us pay for water and SEWER.
