I've lived here for more than 3 years and I've seen a lot changes since it was the Harlequin. They've added a new paint job on the buildings and added extra stairs for safety reasons. The pools have had a makeover. The new management has moved a lot of the bad people out of the area. We have a new on-site security person who patrols in the evenings. The only "real" bad thing I have to say about the place is having to pay water and sewer and after 10pm noise regulation. It's a little extra expense to pay but its actually not that bad. I like it here and overall this area of Bremerton has improved a lot. The rent is cheap and the neighborhood is safe.
