I have lived here for 4 years or so. What a BIG improvement over previous management!! The current manager came in and cleaned the place up and cleared out the troublemakers. She had left for awhile and things started going back downhill again and I was seriously thinking about moving out. But she came back about a year ago as security and then took over the office again last December. What a blessing!! Now that she is back it is once again a good place to be, she makes sure that her tenants are happy, she works with people, she tries to make sure the place is safe, gets the maintenance crew to fix things in a timely manner, etc., (I could go on and on). Even the maintenance guy and his family live on site now and they are very hands-on about security and caring for the tenants' needs!

This may not be what is termed as "luxury" but it has all the feeling of home. Any price (within reason) that they would ask for rent would be ok as long as they keep the staff they have now. I hope they are well compensated for the 24/7 care they put into this place, they deserve it!
