First of all the old landlord got a new job in Seattle at a 5 star apartment. Thats how good she was and a real nice person to talk with. You want to talk about the security, what a joke. If she didn't have a cell phone there be no security. All she were do is call the cops. She had cops show up at my door and I wasn't even there. Yes, he maintenance man lives on site there. About that we are talking about some white trash. He lives there with his family, one because no where else to go and he got like 7 people in his family that live in a one bedroom apartment. Thats just sad!!! This guy we are talking about is a felony repeat offender, so I would watch him as he enters your place. I would not ever let him in my place. The landlord thats a different story but I will let that one go. You can look that up yourself. They are will friends and that is why there are all working together. If you want to see if this is all true just go to the court house and see for yourself. It was just a pain dealing with the management there if you get on there bad side. It is all down hill for you. I tried to take admiral manor to court and sue. I have already talked with my lawyer and we were all set to go, but ones she found out about that she call my command. I was directly order to stop all paper work because my command didn't want the navy to look bad. They sad if I continued with taking admiral manor that I would disobeying a direct order. So I got the bad end of the deal.
