Not well insulated for chilly winters. Located in a "rough" neighborhood with frequent visits from local police. Seemingly non-existant manager who doesn't enforce rules about noise, pets, garbage, etc. Price is fair, you get what you pay for. Convenient, shared laundry facilities.
