I moved from the wellington in Silverdale which is more expenisve and awful to this little gem called the Bayview. My husband and I moved in and the manager seemed very nice and relaxed. we live in the ground floor of building 100 and although we have very little view of the water we love it. it's nicley landscaped, with sometime a little noisy but very nice neighboors, the parking is ideal, i never have to park more then a few feet from my door, if you complaine about something being broken they come out and fix it either right then or next day. i wouldn't say this is the best place if your trying to raise kids even though there are lots of other children and a play ground, but it's awesome for people who can have get togethers and not worry about noise complaints or who want to BBQ with the neighboors. my husband and I love it.

They haven not lived here long enough to see thru the manager acting dumb and pretneding he doesnt have a clue or waiting over a week to have the laundry machines fixed. He may be fixing this place up everytime we talk to the mnanager he plays dumb like he doesnt have a clue. We have been blamed for things that need fixing in apartment when in the end they find we are not at fault.

by looking at the last name probably one of the damn people that take out my laundrey and stuff. have huge partys and act like they own everything. I live in 100 and seen your BBQs and a few get togethers how many you got living in one apartment at a time. such utter crap.
