	The manager is very wishy washy when it comes to things need to be tsken care of he dont get it done. unless it inposes on him.

	Renovation in progress, a bit of noise, but manageable.Prices are good and fair for market value. Friendly,knowledgble Management. The 'new' Bayview is promising to be much better.
