This complex is dirty, the apartments are way too old, things break constantly, and maintenance can take up to 8 months to "get to you" ie: a broken splintered wooden drawer I had in my kitchen, great playtoy for kids huh?? The parking is ridiculous. There are 2 cars allowed per apartment. with only 1 reserved space and only 20 visitors parking spaces, and 80 units, the math doesnt add up. There is no room for guests. By the way they charge 200$ deposit and 75$ of it is refundable, but when you move out they charge 90$ for a cleaning, so everyone who moves out of there, even if it is spotless, gets charged. Not good business practice. The entire place is run very shady. I gave them a pet deposit to which I wasnt given a reciept.. (computer was down) and no paperwork, so the money was more than likely pocketed. I had to file a complaint with the state attorney generals office and the Better business bureau. Please save yourself the horror of what Im going through now.. Oh and the way the grounds are layed, with the complexes below the parking lot by a few feet, flooding is a serious problem.
