I lived at Bayview East for five years. I am moving only because I bought a home. I was very happy with my apartment and the management. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this is the first one where the same management has been there during my entire stay. It is a safe and quiet community. I never had a problem with someone breaking into my car or even a party from a neighbor. The buildings were painted, the parking lots repaired and resurfaced during my stay here. I would say the buildings and property are very well maintained. The managers and maintenance staff have been very kind to me. I know they all care and are very loyal to their community. I would recommend anyone to live at Bayview East!
