I read the other reviews for this complex and some of those people must have been very dirty people without a personality ... This place is great! I never had a problem with mold (You just have to clean every once in a while! :)), staff, or my apartment in any way. I had a great place for the price. Very green surroundings, quiet, very friendly neighbors. Jeannie Jeffrey always went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable and was very attentive to everything at the complex. I only had to call maintence twice and it seemed as though everything was taken care of before I even got off the phone. One of the calls was after hours and waited no longer than 5 minutes before they called back. I was set in less than an hour! There were a number of upgrades while I was there and that was two years. I think the staff at an apartment complex is what makes your stay and the staff is great!! David, the maintence guy, is great. Very competent, friendly, and efficient. Ms.Jeffrey and her Asst. Angela are very professional, friendly, fair, and go out of their way to satisfy your needs or concerns...and very personable. A Great and relaxing place to live!! Move out was a very easy and no hassle experience
