Overall the appartments are faling apart and things can be broke from the time you move in and they will tell you that they will fix it and unless you keep on them and know you tentet laws they wont do anything. If you leet you lease expire you rent will jump at least $30 every few months, do to " Maitness fees" but they rarly will do matnices on your appartment. The manager is not very good. They are rarly in there office during the office hours, and they will tell you want they want you to know and you realy have to know your tentent laws to have anything fixed in a timly manor.
