Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived here at BAYVIEW EAST since May 2006. I have never lived anywhere as quiet, EVER. I was reading some of the other reviews and they have to be confusing Bayview East and the Bayview down the street from us. The staff is caring, polite and they are in the office. The rent is very inexpensive and I get free extended cable, that's worth $50.00 a month alone. The parking is great! My apartment had new carpet when I moved in and it was spottless clean. I could not have been more impressed. My neighbors are just outstanding. The only problem I had was moving in. I had two days to movein all of my belongings and the screening had not gone through (mind you I waited till the last minute, due to my house closing) but I got though it!
