Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The apartment was nice for the first month...then the place began to show it's age. by the 5th week, we had mold throughout the building, and could not get rid of it. parking was a disaster. fixtures were over 50 years old. Management was a pain to deal with. We cleaned the apartment to the best of our ability, had NO damage above and beyond normal wear and tear, and still lost our entire deposit...pretty shady bunch of people running this joint.
