I lived here for about a year, wanst too bad. My biggest gripe was that I lived on the 2nd floor, and its a hardwood floor, meaning it creaked and groaned every time I walked across the room. I always felt bad for the people below me *shrug*.

They are old apartments, the water always had a bad taste to it, even when I used a filter. My apartment was close to a lot, so parking wasnt a concern, but the laundry room was pretty sub par (2 washers, 2 driers, in the basement of one of the ubildings).

Neiborhood wasnt too safe, I saw a couple cars taht had their windows smashed out, and I had my radio stolen out of my car, while packed in the apartments lot, well off the street.

Place felt clean though, water could go from cold to hot depedning on when you take your shower and if the other people below you are using the water as well. Never had any problems with mold. Kinda spendy for what you get, but it was fairly close to the base.

Im not sure what the other reviewers meant when they complained about the management, they were always friendly to me. Seemed like they cared about the property. Neibhors were pretty quiet and freindly.
