We moved there because Chuck (the manager) offered me a job. And with the discount off on rent we couldnt say no. However I wish we had. I lasted about 8 months working there just because I didn't want to pay full price for the place. The apartment it's self isn't bad (old but it had personality) but the management was awfull. Chuck and his wife are really mean and don't really care about anyone but themselves and their dog. They made it really hard to want to live there. And the water, sewer, garbage costs about $60 per person! so the rent isn't all that cheap after you add that. if they got new management it would be better, much better.
