This is a good "starter" apartment. It can help teach you what you don't want in an apartment. To be completely fair, I lived there quite awhile ago. That being said, in the year that my husband and I lived there we had so many neighbors it was like they were on a conveyer belt. One was evicted, one just up and left etc. etc. We could hear our neighbors fighting etc. (I'll leave the rest of that to the imagination, it was like being in a hotel.) Not to mention, when we moved out they charged us up the *** for stupid things (Above and beyond the norm). All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.

Come on now, I always enjoyed Crystal and Roberts lunatic rantings a 1am. Who needs cable when you had those two. LOL

i lived there in 2006 and it was a good place to start out with! it was nice and big one bedroom apartment. i do recommend it to anyone. also you are right by the water which is beautiful. just beware of parking there is none my car got hit in a parking spot. people are rude about that one
