Rent just got raised, and they claim you must pay starting now even though lease is not up, which they cant do.
My car was broken into the second day i got here, and everything was taken. My neighbors car was just stolen, she is a very nice old lady too. Two weeks ago, someone stole somebody elses car in the middle of the night.
One neighbor below me I believe beats their kid because I always hear thumps and then a kid crying. Doors slam alot. "People"(who should be in jail) yell and scream about some babys daddy and you know the story. At 3 AM almost every night people are outside yelling and fighting outside.

This place is a mess. You can tell when you come in here, its a very small complex and mold is in a lot of places. Management is two old people who cant do anything. When you complain bout noise they dont care because they just turn their hearing aide down.

Mail has been stolen(packages ripped open and we get empty envelopes in our box), nothing is fixed.

I will say its a nice size for a very cheap price, which includes cable and water. I'm moving out of here asap, i dont care how much it costs. I do not feel safe at this complex at all. There is very low lighting so dont walk around at night.

My friend has lived in this complex for a year and hasn't reported any of the issues that you have commented on. Maybe the bad apples have moved on?
