I am happy with the apartment itself, for what i pay the size is nice, it looks decent, and i dont have any issues with noise. My only problem living there has been the management. i was going to move to a 2 bedroom unit in the same complex with one of my friends, but they wanted to charge me $500 for breaking my lease...wtf i was signing a new one and i wasnt leaving the complex. now i am having issues with the end date of my lease. i signed an 11 month lease, which should be up may 17th, but they say i have to pay through the 31st. i was told because i moved in on the 17th of june, that june does not count on my lease. i dont see how that is possible since i payed to live there the remainder of june.

aside from those 2 things i have not had any trouble.
