I have live here quite a while and when I first moved in, there were no issues. But in the last 1 1/2 years, this place has gone downhill. Granted, the staff are friendly (when you see them)but I am lucky my boyfriend is such a handyman when it comes to fixing things for the maintenance staff is gone. Parking lot has gotten dirty with trash and broken down vehicles and lately this neighborhood has gotten worse (not the fault of the complex). I no longer feel safe living here and am actively looking for another place of residence and plan to be gone. Yes... I will probably be paying higher rent, but you can't put a price on the safety of me and my family.

This comment is from 2002, the property has changed ownership since then and is much improved. Management and maintenance are both effective and efficient. The place is very quiet and safe now.
